Can you work with our existing codebase?
Yes. We usually start with a short review to understand its structure, risks, and test coverage before making changes.
How do you estimate cost and timeline?
After an initial conversation we propose a scope and an estimate range. Larger projects are broken into phases so each can be reassessed.
Who owns the code?
Ownership terms are agreed in the contract for each engagement; our default is that the client owns the code written for them.
How do we communicate during a project?
Through a shared backlog, scheduled check-ins and demos, and direct written contact with the engineers involved.
